Migration Agent Assistant

Job Description

  • Booking, and arrange time with clients, answering enquires, collect clients’ information, initial consulting with clients (No Migration advice to be given)
  • Liaising with clients over the phone, in person, and via email, gathering visa documents from clients, and following up on applications.
  • Assist the Registered Migration Agent in preparing documentation for all visa related submission and applications
  • Preparing and editing all visa related submission and applications (e.g., visa applications, skills assessments, nomination applications, Expression of Interests etc).
  • Initial drafting of Genuine Student Requirement Statements, Relationship statements after conducting relevant interviews with clients.
  • Initial drafting of supporting submission as advised by the RMA if required.
  • Communicating with clients to provide information and support throughout the migration process.
  • Accurately maintain and update client files in Migration Manager with support from Data Entry Clerk.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions.
  • Managing client files and ensuring all documents are accurate and up to date.
  • Assisting with other administrative tasks as required
  • Co-ordinate, attend and present at Webinars/Seminars and assist in marketing.

  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
